

She began her career at Rietvlei Hospital during her community service year, gaining valuable experience in diverse clinical settings. During her time at UCT, she was actively involved in SHAWCO, providing physiotherapy services to underserved communities, and volunteered at major sporting events such as the Cape Argus and the Two Oceans Marathon.
In 2019, Chandra completed her training in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), further developing her skills in musculoskeletal care. Her clinical interests include cardiopulmonary physiotherapy, post-operative rehabilitation following orthopaedic procedures, and chronic pain management. She is passionate about supporting patients through evidence-informed, individualised care plans.
Outside of work, Chandra leads an active lifestyle and enjoys trail running, kayaking, hiking, and CrossFit. Her enthusiasm for movement and wellness complements her clinical practice and patient-centred approach.
