Soft Tissue Treatment involves mysofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy and deep massage to release the tension in the muscles. Spinal mobilisation focusses on the joints of the spine to improve mobility of the specific area.

Kinesio Taping

An elastic therapeutic tape applied to support joints and muscles, often used to assist with posture, swelling management, or muscle activation. Its use is guided by individual assessment and may complement other physiotherapy interventions.
